Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career at age 16 when she stopped the sport of gymnastics. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. At 16, she started taking part in fitness events following her decision to quit gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card within a year when she was 17. This made her one of the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was required to take an absence of six years from stage work after she received her Pro card to complete college. In 2015 was a continuation of previous performances, in which she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete for several years after her debut, establishing higher goals for herself each year. In 2009 she had won four health titles. In addition, the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB to ever be a part of history. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take six years off from competition after earning her pro card in order to complete her university education. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She placed 3rd in the competition. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later taking home 6th place at the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectation prior to that and was happy with her performance. Given that she competed against the some of the top competitors. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel enjoys working out on your lower back. Her typical back workout consists of bent-over rows, one-arm pull-downs using lats on a machine pull-ups, and seated rows. The first step is warming up and then moves on to her working sets. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. Her routine for back exercises comprises three or more supersets consisting of 10-12 reps.
